Beschrijving
Voor het drukken van vormen kunnen wij tot 6.100 mm in diameter en tot 300 mm dikte produceren; voor het spinnen, tot 10.000 mm in diameter en tot 50 mm dikte, wat voor elliptische, halfronde,torisferisch, kegelvormige, vlakke en bolvormige koppen in verschillende soorten materialen, zoals koolstofstaal, roestvrij staal, Alu, Ni & Ni-legeringen, Cu & Cu-legeringen, Ti & Ti-legeringen, Zi en alle gecombineerde beklede materialen.
Alle gereedschappen worden in koude vorm vervaardigd door middel van puntpers, als volgt:
- 21:1 Ellipsoïdale vorm.
- Tori-sferisch.
- Diep Tori-sferisch.
- Flat Bottom.
- Hemisferisch.
- Crown & Petal Construction.
- Drijvende Hoofden.
